Speedy Registration

Joining our classes couldn't be easier!

1. Choose the day you'd like to begin and mark your calendar...today's a great day to start!

2. Print the Registration Form. Initial and sign...and bring it with you to class.

4. Get your shoes and water bottle ready...we have mats and weights available to borrow in class.

5. Arrive 10 minutes early to your first class so that you have time to become familiar with our facility and complete your signup. Be sure to bring a checkbook or credit card. Offers are valid only on your first visit. Questions about your pass options? Visit the Pricing link. You can use PayPay to purchase your intial pass at the Pricing link as well. PayPay allows you to conveniently pay with your Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, checking account.
